The information provided on this site is the property of the MOUSSET GROUP. No total or partial copy may be made without the agreement of the MOUSSET GROUP. Users are responsible for the searches that they conduct as well as the interpretation and use that they make of the results. It is their responsibility to comply with the regulations in force and recommendations from the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL) when the data is personal. In particular, they should know that the information should be used for strictly personal purposes, that screen captures for reconstitution or enrichment of a personal database is contrary to French law and therefore prohibited, as well as its use for commercial or advertising purposes.

According to Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing amending Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, this site was declared by the CNIL (Declaration No. 1609237v0). The establishment of hyperlinks by third parties to pages or documents available on this site may in fact constitute an infringement of the author’s copyright, an act of parasitism or defamation, and must be subject to an authorisation by the MOUSSET GROUP which may be requested directly from the site administrator. The appropriate authorisation will be granted if the links do not violate the interests of the MOUSSET GROUP, and if they the user the possibility of identifying the origin of the MOUSSET GROUP on the document, especially in cases of deep hypertexts links, framing or insertion by links. Similarly, the MOUSSET GROUP has made a written request for authorisation to create links to its site from all specified servers: the information remains the full property of these servers and does not engage the responsibility of the company in any way.

 All of the content’ (photos, text, video, sound…) available on this site remains the exclusive property of the MOUSSET GROUP and/or its partners and is protected by French law in terms of copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including those for downloadable documents and illustrations and photographs. Any extraction and/or reproduction of a substantial part of the information published on the site is prohibited without prior permission from the MOUSSET GROUP and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. The Code of Intellectual Property states that the source must be cited or authorisation must be requested from the author of the images. This must always involve respect of copyright. As a creation of the mind, images (even copies on a screen) are therefore protected by copyright (Art. L112-2-9 of the Code of Intellectual Property). The act of reproducing or representing, without authorisation, images, text or documents is punishable under civil law by an award of damages.  These damages are calculated on a case by case basis. It depends on the loss of the victim, the damage suffered due to denaturation of the way the site is presented and the impact that this could have on the author of the site, the way in which the image was posted and what it was potentially able to provide the designer in financial terms.
