The information provided on this site is the property of the MOUSSET GROUP. No total or partial copy may be made without the agreement of the MOUSSET GROUP. Users are responsible for the searches that they conduct as well as the interpretation and use that they make of the results. It is their responsibility to comply with the regulations in force and recommendations from the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL) when the data is personal. Any extraction and/or reproduction of a substantial part of the information published on the site is prohibited without prior permission from the MOUSSET GROUP and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. The Code of Intellectual Property states that the source must be cited or authorisation must be requested from the author of the images. This must always involve respect of copyright. As a creation of the mind, images (even copies on a screen) are therefore protected by copyright (Art. L112-2-9 of the Code of Intellectual Property). The act of reproducing or representing, without authorisation, images, text or documents is punishable under civil law by an award of damages. These damages are calculated on a case by case basis. It depends on the loss of the victim, the damage suffered due to denaturation of the way the site is presented and the impact that this could have on the author of the site, the way in which the image was posted and what it was potentially able to provide the designer in financial terms.
